Homecenter and Meteor AI agents

Mirror price and stock from your WooCommerce catalog into the Homecenter marketplace with a Meteor Met, and review new orders from the chat.

How does Homecenter connect to Meteor?

Meteor connects your WooCommerce catalog to the Homecenter marketplace, which runs on the Falabella Seller Center. Your Met finds your product by SKU, syncs price with the channel margin and stock with a safety buffer, checks pending orders and reviews the notifications the marketplace sends. WooCommerce stays the source of truth.

Where it applies: Colombia. Homecenter operates in Colombia on the Falabella Seller Center, so the integration signs every call with that platform's protocol.

What it automates

What a Meteor Met does with Homecenter

Mirror price and stock without double entry

Your Met reads price and stock from your store, applies the channel margin and the safety buffer, and updates the marketplace product by SKU.

Review pending orders from the chat

Orders waiting on a decision are pulled up without opening the marketplace portal, with what you need to know what has to ship.

Find out whether notifications are arriving

When the team says orders stopped coming in, your Met checks the latest notifications received and their status instead of assuming where the chain broke.

4 tools

Everything your Met can ask Homecenter for

Each one is a real action in the connector. You can switch off the ones you would rather it never used.

Tool What it does
homecenter_get_product_by_sku Finds your marketplace product by the same SKU you use in your store.
homecenter_update_price_stock Syncs price and stock for an existing product, by SKU.
homecenter_get_orders Lists your recent orders, pending ones by default.
homecenter_list_recent_events Shows the latest order notifications the marketplace sent, for diagnosis.

The limits

What the Homecenter integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

Before you start

What you need to connect Homecenter

  1. 1

The Seller Center API host assigned for Colombia

Homecenter assigns it when they enable you as a seller with API access.

  2. 2

    Your seller identifier

Usually the email of your Seller Center account. It travels on every call alongside the signature.

  3. 3

The API key of your seller account

You get it in the Seller Center account settings. It is used as the secret that signs every call and is stored encrypted per workspace.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Homecenter and Meteor

No. The integration syncs price and stock for products that already exist in the marketplace catalog. Listing a new product follows the retailer's own process.

Because that is the platform the Homecenter marketplace runs on. The connector signs every call with that protocol, which is what answers on the other side.

The sync is keyed on SKU, so if they do not match the product is not found. The lookup by SKU exists precisely so you can check that before syncing.

No. It lists them for review, but it does not accept, reject or ship. Logistics stays where it already is.
