Éxito and Meteor AI agents

Keep price and stock from your WooCommerce catalog in sync with the Éxito marketplace, and watch new orders land, without opening the seller portal.

How does Éxito connect to Meteor?

Meteor connects your WooCommerce catalog to the Éxito marketplace, which runs on the Mirakl platform. Your Met finds your offer by SKU, creates or updates it with the channel price and the stock minus a safety buffer, checks pending orders and reviews the notifications the marketplace sends. WooCommerce stays the source of truth, and the Éxito offer is the mirror.

Where it applies: Colombia. The Éxito marketplace operates in Colombia on the Mirakl platform, so the integration speaks the Mirakl protocol rather than a retailer specific API.

What it automates

What a Meteor Met does with Éxito

Keep channel price and stock current without double entry

Your Met reads price and stock from your store, applies the channel margin and the safety buffer, and updates the offer by SKU.

See pending orders without opening the portal

Orders waiting to be accepted are pulled into the conversation, with what you need to decide whether to take them.

Diagnose when nothing is coming through

When the team says orders stopped arriving, your Met checks the latest notifications received and their validation instead of guessing where the chain broke.

5 tools

Everything your Met can ask Éxito for

Each one is a real action in the connector. You can switch off the ones you would rather it never used.

Tool What it does
exito_find_offer_by_sku Finds your marketplace offer by the SKU you use in your own store.
exito_upsert_offer Creates or updates the offer by SKU, with the channel price and the buffered stock.
exito_get_offer Returns the detail of an offer by its identifier or by your SKU.
exito_get_orders Lists your recent orders, by default the ones waiting to be accepted.
exito_list_recent_events Shows the latest order notifications received, with their validation status.

The limits

What the Éxito integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

Before you start

What you need to connect Éxito

  1. 1

The URL of your Mirakl instance at Éxito

Éxito provides it when they enable API access for you as a seller.

  2. 2

    A seller API key

You generate it in your seller account, under API settings. It authenticates every call and is stored encrypted per workspace.

  3. 3

    A connected WooCommerce store

It is the source of truth for price and stock. Without it there is nothing to sync the offer against.

  4. 4

    The order notification secret (optional)

When the retailer provides it, incoming orders get their signature validated. Without it orders are still recorded, with no origin check.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Éxito and Meteor

No. The integration syncs offers, meaning price and stock, on products already in the marketplace catalog. Listing a new product follows the retailer's own process.

It is a reserve subtracted before availability is published, so you do not sell units on the marketplace that are already selling in your own store while the sync runs.

Because the Éxito marketplace runs on that platform. The connector implements the Mirakl protocol, which is what actually answers on the other side.

No. It lists them for a person to decide. Accepting an order is a commitment to ship, and that is not a decision worth automating without judgment.
