Frequently asked questions about Siesto

Not to SIESA: that connection is read-only. It does not create orders, record payments or touch accounting documents. That is a design decision, not a pending limitation.

The ERP credentials, issued by its administrator, and the technical agreement with the vendor. Until those are configured, it replies that the connection is unavailable instead of inventing a figure.

There is a native connection to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, where it can also create and update records. For other ERPs, the connection is built through Meteor’s REST API.

It says so plainly. It never hands back an estimate or the last figure it remembers: stale inventory data does more damage than no data.
