How does Meteor CRM connect to Meteor?

The Meteor CRM is built in and asks for no credentials. Your Met works on it with 24 tools. It creates and updates contacts with custom fields of any type, searches by text or by status, moves the sales pipeline and answers how much money sits in each stage, applies tags and internal notes, schedules reminders that go out over WhatsApp, and hands the conversation to a human rep when that is the right call, stepping out of it in the same action.

Turn the conversation into data

While it handles the chat, your Met stores the name, the interest, the budget and whatever else matters in custom fields on the contact. There is no separate form for someone to fill in afterward.

Escalate well, not just escalate

Handing off to a person in a single action leaves the note with the summary and the reason, pauses the Met and assigns the rep. Escalating with no context makes the customer repeat everything.

Answer how the month is going

The pipeline summary is computed across every contact, not a sample, so "how much is in negotiation?" has an answer you can actually act on.

Remind the customer of what they asked for

Your Met schedules the reminder and at the agreed time an approved WhatsApp template goes out with the text. If the customer changes their mind, it cancels it.

The limits

What the Meteor CRM integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

It does not write to your corporate CRM. If you run Dynamics or another system, that sync belongs to that integration. This is Meteor's conversational CRM.
It does not send bulk messages. Reminders go out one at a time and as an approved template, because the channel has its own rules.
It does not delete without consequences. Deleting a contact takes its messages with it and cannot be undone, so it is worth switching that tool off on service Mets.
It does not pick a rep to escalate to without listing the people in the workspace first. A name resolved badly sends the conversation to the wrong person.

The CRM is native to Meteor and works on the contacts in your own workspace.

Contacts arrive over WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or web chat. Without a channel you still have a CRM, but no conversation to record.

They are fields you define on contacts: text, number, boolean, date or list. Your Met reads and writes them in the same call it uses for system fields.

Yes, as an approved template. That is a channel rule, not a Meteor one. Outside the conversation window, WhatsApp only allows templates.

No, it is computed across every contact in the workspace. A pipeline figure built from the first page of results is a number nobody can decide with.
