SIESA and Meteor AI agents
Connect the SIESA ERP to Meteor: real stock, prices, aged receivables, credit limit and order status. Read only, it never writes.
How does SIESA connect to Meteor?
Meteor opens a read only window into the SIESA ERP so your Met can answer the questions that stall a sale: is there stock, what is the price for this customer, are they current on payments, do they have credit left, has the order shipped. That is 20 tools and none of them writes. The connector creates no orders, registers no payments and touches no accounting documents.
Where it applies: Colombia. SIESA is a Colombian ERP. The integration leans on the local city catalog and on the aged receivables logic that companies in the country actually use.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with SIESA
Answer "can I sell this?" in one conversation
Your rep asks about a product and a customer. Your Met crosses real availability, the price on the list that applies, receivables status and credit limit, and answers whether the sale can be taken or what is blocking it.
Collections with the detail in hand
Instead of "you owe this much", your Met lists the overdue invoices with their number and days past due, plus what is coming due. That is the difference between a claim that gets argued and one the customer recognizes.
Order tracking end to end
SIESA says whether the order shipped or was invoiced, and the carrier integration says where the shipment is. Your Met chains the two and answers with the real status.
Sell from the right location
When one warehouse is out, your Met checks stock across all of them and answers which one has it, along with the shipping addresses on file for that customer.

The limits
What the SIESA integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It writes absolutely nothing to the ERP. It creates no orders, registers no payments and touches no accounting documents. That is a design decision, not a temporary limitation.
-
Not every installation exposes the same queries. If a customer's installation does not expose receivables, that customer cannot run collections Mets, and the connection tool says so up front.
-
It does not cache the sensitive data. Inventory, receivables and credit limit are queried live every time, so the answer depends on the ERP being reachable.
-
It does not work without prior technical work with the customer's IT team. If SIESA runs on premises, network access has to be sorted out first.
Before you start
What you need to connect SIESA
- 1
Service mode (cloud or on premises)
The ERP administrator confirms it. On premises also means sorting out network access with a VPN, a tunnel or an IP allowlist.
- 2
Service URL, company code and connection number
The customer's ERP administrator provides them. If they run several companies, confirm which one you are querying.
- 3
SIESA service username and password
Created by the ERP administrator, not by the end user. They are stored encrypted per workspace, and without them every query answers "not configured".
Frequently asked questions
Questions about SIESA and Meteor
No. The integration is read only by design. It creates no orders, registers no payments and touches no accounting documents. It answers the questions that stall a sale, and recording stays where it already happens.
The connection tool reports which queries your installation exposes. If receivables are not there, collections Mets do not apply for that customer, and it is worth knowing that before you promise it rather than after.
Live. Inventory, real availability, stock by warehouse, receivables and credit limit are never cached. Promising stock from a stale number is worse than not answering.
Inventory is the gross count. Real availability subtracts what is committed on open orders, so it is the number you can promise without selling the same unit twice.
